Do you offer free delivery service?

We’ve made some changes to our delivery policy so we can keep giving you the best flowers and gifts, just the way you like them. While we no longer offer free delivery, we’ve kept our prices friendly so you can still enjoy beautiful bunches and thoughtful gifts without stretching your budget. Our goal is to make every Happy Bunch experience special, and delivering your order fresh and with care is a big part of that.

What are your delivery times?

We’re here to brighten your days, 7 days a week, 365 days a year—including public holidays! You can choose from three delivery slots:

  • 9am-1pm
  • 1pm-6pm
  • 6pm-9pm

Order before 5pm for same-day delivery (3pm on Sundays), and we'll make sure your Happy Bunch arrives fresh and on time. While we can't guarantee specific delivery times within these slots, we always do our best to get your flowers and gifts to you as quickly as possible.

If you need your Happy Bunch at a specific time, you can choose our self-pickup service at our workshop in Bandar Sunway or opt for Grab. This way, you can get your bunch exactly when you need it.

How does same-day delivery work?

Need flowers in a hurry? We’ve got you covered! Just place your order before 5pm, and we’ll deliver your Happy Bunch on the same day. Choose from our three delivery slots—9am-1pm, 1pm-6pm, or 6pm-9pm—and we’ll make sure your bunch arrives fresh and on time. We’re all about making your day brighter, so whether it’s a last-minute gift or a spontaneous gesture, we’re here to help you make it happen.

Can I request for a specific delivery time?

We know timing can be important, and while we can’t guarantee an exact delivery time, we offer three convenient slots—9am-1pm, 1pm-6pm, or 6pm-9pm—to make sure your Happy Bunch arrives as fresh and timely as possible.


If you need your bunch at a specific time, you can use our self-pickup option at our Bandar Sunway workshop or arrange for Grab to pick up and deliver your order exactly when you need it. We’re here to help make sure your flowers and gifts fit perfectly into your plans!

What is the cut-off time to place my order?

For our 9am-1pm delivery slot, please place your order at least one day in advance. This helps us ensure your Happy Bunch is prepared and delivered fresh right on time.


For our other slots, you can order the same day:

  • 1pm-6pm: Order before 3pm on same day
  • 6pm-9pm: Order before 5pm on same day

We’re here to make sure your flowers and gifts arrive just when you need them!

Your delivery areas currently doesn't cover my delivery address. How can you help?

If your delivery address is outside our usual delivery areas, don’t worry! You can still enjoy your Happy Bunch by choosing our self-pickup option. Simply arrange for Lalamove, GrabExpress, GoGet, or another delivery service to pick up your order from our Bandar Sunway workshop and deliver it to your location.


We want to make sure you can enjoy our beautiful flowers and gifts no matter where you are!

Can we deliver to hospitals/hotels/restaurants/etc?

Absolutely! We can deliver to hospitals, hotels, restaurants, and more, as long as they’re within our delivery areas. To help us ensure a smooth and timely delivery, please provide detailed location information:

  • Hotels: Include the booking number, guest name (if applicable), and room number. Let the hotel reception know about your delivery so we can drop it off at the front desk.
  • Restaurants: Provide the reservation number and/or name. Inform the restaurant in advance so the staff is ready to receive your order.
  • Hospitals: Give us the patient’s name, ward, and room number.

With these details, we’ll make sure your Happy Bunch arrives just where it’s needed!

Is it necessary to give you the recipient's contact number and full delivery address?

Yes, providing the recipient’s contact number and full delivery address is essential for a smooth delivery. Here’s why:

  • Contact Number: A mobile number is best as it allows us to reach out to the recipient or provide updates about the delivery. Please ensure the number is complete before finalizing your order.
  • Full Address: The more details you provide, such as unit number, floor number, building name, and company name, the easier it is for us to deliver your Happy Bunch accurately and on time.

These details help us ensure that your flowers and gifts reach the right place without any hiccups!

Can you ensure that you deliver the order directly to the recipient?

We always aim to deliver your Happy Bunch directly to the recipient for the best experience. If the recipient isn’t available at the time of delivery, we’ll leave the order with someone who can help, such as a colleague, family member, friend, receptionist, or security guard.


We’ll do our best to ensure your gift reaches the right hands in a timely and professional manner. If you have any special delivery instructions or requests, just let us know in the delivery instructions box when you place your order, and we’ll do our best to accommodate them.

What will happen if my recipient is not around to receive my order?

If your recipient isn’t available when we arrive, we’ll do our best to find a safe and secure place for the delivery, such as with a colleague, family member, friend, receptionist, or security guard. For houses, we might leave the order behind the gate, and for condos, we may leave it behind the grille—wherever it’s safe and allowed.


We understand how important it is for your gift to reach its destination smoothly, so we recommend letting your recipient know about the delivery and ensuring someone is there to receive it. Please note that we can only attempt delivery once, so it’s important to make arrangements for someone to be available.


If needed, we can arrange for redelivery for a small fee. Feel free to add any special instructions or requests in the delivery instructions box when you place your order, and we’ll do our best to accommodate them.

If my recipient is not at the original delivery address given, can the order be sent to a different address?

Absolutely! If your recipient isn’t at the original address, we can reroute the Happy Bunch to a new address within our delivery area. Just let us know as soon as possible, and we’ll make the switch for a small rerouting fee of RM15.


We’re here to make sure your gift gets to the right place, so don’t hesitate to reach out if you need to change the delivery address!

What happens if my order is undelivered?

If your order isn’t delivered, don’t worry—we’re here to help! We’ll do our best to reach out and sort things out, whether it’s a mix-up with the address or contact details.


In rare cases where we can’t confirm the delivery details, we may need to stop the delivery and consider it undelivered. But this is uncommon when we have the right information.


If you need us to try again, we can arrange redelivery for a small fee. Just let us know, and we’ll get it sorted!

How do I know when my order has been delivered?

Once your Happy Bunch is on its way to spreading joy, you’ll get a notification via email to let you know it’s been delivered. This way, you can relax knowing your recipient is enjoying their special delivery!

May I self-collect/pick-up my order?

Absolutely! You can pick up your Happy Bunch from our workshop in Bandar Sunway. Just select the pick-up option during checkout and let us know when you’d like to swing by. We’ll have your order ready and waiting for you!

Can you deliver outside of Klang Valley?

Right now, we’re focused on delivering within Klang Valley. But we’re always excited about the idea of spreading our Happy Bunch love even further! If you have a specific area in mind, let us know, and we’ll keep it in mind as we explore new delivery options in the future.

What is the Signature Collection?

Our Signature Collection is where it all began—our beloved burlap-wrapped bunches. Each arrangement is crafted with care, using a beautiful mix of flowers wrapped in eco-friendly burlap. We design these bunches based on colors that express different emotions, making it easy to find the perfect bunch for any feeling or occasion. Available in small, medium, and large sizes, our Signature Collection is all about simple, thoughtful gestures that bring a touch of Happy Bunch’s warmth and charm.

What is the Luxe Collection?

Our Luxe Collection is all about making a grand impression with a touch of luxury! These beautiful arrangements, wrapped in elegant black non-woven wrap and finished with a ribbon, feature premium flowers and thoughtful details. Available in medium and large sizes, the Luxe Collection is perfect for those special moments when you want to go all out and make someone feel truly special.

What is the Fav Collection?

The Fav Collection features our favorite, simple blooms like roses, carnations, lilies, rose poms, and sunflowers, all wrapped in eco-friendly honeycomb paper. These beautiful and minimalist arrangements come in three sizes—small, medium, and large—making it easy to find the perfect fit for any occasion. Whether you’re celebrating or just spreading a little joy, the Fav Collection has you covered!

What is HB Home Series?

The HB Home Series lets you unleash your inner florist and create something truly unique! Choose from a selection of loose flowers to mix and match or bundle them together to make your own beautiful bouquet at home. It’s all about having fun and adding a personal touch to your floral arrangements!

What is the Bunch of the Week?

The Bunch of the Week is our weekly floral surprise, lovingly curated by our team! Each Monday morning, we reveal a fresh, seasonal bunch on our website, Facebook, and Instagram. If you order for a future week, we’ll send you the new design for that week. These special bunches are available for a limited time, so make sure to snag yours early and enjoy a delightful floral treat!

Can I choose the flowers and customise the bunch?

At the moment, we don’t offer custom bouquets, but we’ve got a range of beautiful designs on our website for you to choose from based on your delivery date. Each bunch is thoughtfully crafted by our team to make sure you get something special. We hope you’ll find something you love!

Can I request for a past design?

We’re always updating our flower designs to bring you something fresh and exciting! Unfortunately, we can’t recreate past bunches on demand. But don’t worry—there are plenty of gorgeous new designs to explore on our website. We’re sure you’ll find something you’ll love just as much!

Why is the flower arrangement different from what we see on your website and social media page?

Our flowers come in all sorts of shapes, sizes, and stages of bloom, so each bunch can turn out a bit unique. Our talented team does their best to match the pictures you see on our website and social media, but each arrangement gets its own special touch. Rest assured, the number of stalks will be similar, and every bunch is crafted with the same care, love, and attention to detail. We hope you’ll enjoy the little surprises in each beautiful arrangement!

How do I care for fresh flowers?

Taking care of your fresh flowers is easy and will help them stay beautiful for longer! Here’s how:

  1. Unwrap the bunch from its wrapping.
  2. Trim the bottom of the stems at a slant.
  3. Place them in a vase with clean water.
  4. Keep them away from heat and direct sunlight.

Try to do this as soon as you can after receiving your flowers—they might be a bit thirsty from their journey. It’s a great idea to trim the stems and refresh the water daily to keep your blooms looking fresh and lovely. Enjoy your gorgeous flowers!

My flowers are not too happy looking. How do I go about this?

Oh no, we’re sorry to hear that! Please reach out to our Customer Service team at hello@happybunch.com.my within 24 hours with some photos of the flowers so we can take a closer look. In the meantime, unwrap the bunch and pop them in a vase with clean water. This will help rehydrate them, as they might be a bit thirsty from their journey. Keep them in a cool spot and away from direct sunlight. We’ll do our best to make things right and get your flowers looking their best!

Who sent me a bunch?

We’re so glad you’re enjoying your Happy Bunch! If you’re curious about who sent it, just reach out to us with your order number found on the card. Sometimes senders forget to sign off, so we’ll check with them to see if they’re okay with revealing their identity. If they prefer to stay anonymous, we’ll respect their privacy. We’ll do our best to help you find out, but please understand that sometimes the sender might want to keep it a secret!

How do I purchase a gift box?

Purchasing a gift box is super easy! Just hop over to our website and browse our collection of thoughtfully curated gift boxes. Once you’ve found the perfect one, click on it, choose your preferred delivery date, and add it to your cart. You can even pair it with flowers for an extra special touch. From there, just follow the simple checkout process, and voilà—your gift box will be on its way to spread some joy! If you have any special instructions, just pop them in the notes section before you check out.

Can I order more than one gift box?

Absolutely! You can order as many gift boxes as you like. Just add them to your cart, and while you’re at it, feel free to explore and add on other goodies like flowers, plants, ice cream, or even a cake to make your gift extra special. Can I include a message for the gift box?

Can I change the items in the gift box?

Our gift boxes come pre-curated with thoughtful items that are carefully selected to make the perfect bundle, so we're unable to make changes to the contents. However, you can always add extra items like flowers, plants, ice cream, or cake to your order if you want to make it even more special! 🌸📦

How do I place an order?

Here’s how to place an order:

  1. Visit our website and browse our selection of flowers, gift boxes, and more.
  2. Add your favorite items to your cart.
  3. Select delivery date and time.
  4. Choose from a variety of greeting cards and add a personal message.
  5. Fill in the delivery details at checkout.
  6. Pay securely online.

Am I able to place a pre-order?

Yes, you can definitely place a pre-order! Just choose your items and select your preferred delivery date during checkout. This way, you can ensure that your flowers, gift boxes, or other goodies are all set to arrive exactly when you need them. 🌷📅 If you have any specific requests or need assistance, feel free to reach out to us!

What language can the message be in?

Any language! Your messages can be in English, Malay, Chinese characters, or Tamil script. Emojis and emoticons may be included as well!

How do I know if my order has been confirmed?

Once you’ve successfully placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us. As this is an automatically generated email, please check your spam/junk folder if you do not see the email in your inbox. You may also view your confirmed orders here when you’re logged into your account.

How do I make changes to an order I've already placed?

If you need a message, address or delivery date changed, please contact us us with your order number and change request as soon as possible. Depending on your order and delivery status, we will confirm with you whether the changes may be made. Orders that have already been prepared, picked up or are en route cannot be changed. So, it’s preferable that you get in touch with us at least 24 hours before the delivery of your order.

What if I'd like to cancel my order?

If you would like to cancel your order, please drop us an email at hello@happybunch.com.my with your order number. Depending on your order and delivery status, we will confirm with you whether the cancellation can be made. Orders that have already been prepared, picked up or are en route cannot be cancelled. So, it’s preferable that you get in touch with us at least 24 hours before the delivery of your order.


The full value of your cancelled order will be returned to you via a store credit coupon. If a monetary refund is preferred, please note that a RM10 administrative fee will be incurred. Alternatively, you may opt to reschedule your order to a future date – free of charge!

I have made a purchase of flowers or gift boxes before a promotion period. Will I be entitled to enjoy the new promotion now?

We’re always excited to share our latest promotions with you! If you made a purchase before a new promotion started, unfortunately, we’re not able to retroactively apply the discount to past orders. How do I make payment?

We have several payment methods available on our online store – credit/debit card, local online bank transfer, e-wallets such as GrabPay, TouchNGo and Boost.

Do you accept cash on delivery or transfers via a cash deposit machine?

As we operate predominantly online, the payment for your order must be made on our website.

Can I make a payment using an international bank card?

This is possible, as long as your card is enabled for international transactions. Please contact your bank card provider to confirm this.

The payment authentication page is not loading after I key in the OTP/TAC. What should I do?

Please contact us and we will assist you further from there.

Do you accept AMEX?
